The “Uro-Biofon” versus Pathogenic Microorganisms

Everyone, probably, is aware of prophylaxis and treatment of the urogenital system diseases, in general, and diseases transmitted by sexual contacts, in particular that is a problem of great concern. Many of us have often come across such diseases as: chlamydiasis, prostatitis, urethritis, orchiepididymitis, cervicitis, salpingo-oophoritis, mycoureaplasmosis, candidosis, gonorrhea, syphilis and trichomoniasis. The traditional treatment, as a rule, is as follows: diagnosis, an intensive antibiotic course of treatment and, sometimes, a series of concommitant procedures which are not universally painless. Despite the advances in modern pharmaceutics, it cannot be stated that the side effects are not in existance. In the course of treatment with antibacteriostatic preparations, the internal human organs are subjected to enormous overloads.

Any antibiotic is to attack and annihilate microorganisms. The majority of antibiotics will effect only on microorganisms. The antibiotic treatment in cases of nonbacterial infections by nature (for instance, viral nature) will be useless and even deleterious. In any case when killing a pathogenic microorganism, infection carrier, the antibiotic will kill specimens of useful (commensal) human flora. You will unquire “What for me this commensal component of autoflora?” The answer is simple. The human is protected from pathogenic microorganisms and viruses by the immune system. The immune system includes a great number of components, among them: microphages, antibodies, and etc. which will provide no more than 2% pprotection; skin and cell membranes – approxinately, 8%, commensal flora – 90%.

Besides, the pathogenic microorganisms, attacked by antibiotics will become particulary resistant to a specific antibiotic and often to a number of drugs. It means that the preparations which easily annihilated one or other type of pathogenic organisms from this time on, will not effect on them. Consequently, more effective and expensve antibacterial preparations will be required for treatment of patients. Various physiotherapeutic apparatuses are often used in complex treatment. Until the present time weak alternating or constant currents, electromagnetic rays, microwaves and other kinds of radiation have been used as medical remedies.

The common in operation of these devices is stimulation of processes in human organs and part of organisms. This will give rise to side effects (not always weak and quick cured) and restrictions on applications.

The “Uro-Biofon” apparatus for IR-therapy developed by the science-based production enterprise “Bionix” (Nizhny Novgorod) in cooperation with the Izhevsky Engineering plant uses absolutaly new principle – variation of biological cell activity. The apparatus radiation leads to variation of the cell membrane permeability as a result of that the cells as well as secretion of waste products will stop (in particular, toxins). Thus the microorganism becomes inactive that will make easy fighting against it. The immune system is able to cope with infection without assistance, independently. Only in cases when the organism becomes weak, the antiniotic therapy can be required, but the doses and duration of the application will be reduced twice or more.

The apparatus radiation spectrum exactly corresponds to the spectrum of pathogenic microorganisms: chlamydii, staphylococci, pseudomonada, klebciella, morganella, yersinia, proteus, bacteriode, gardnerella, enterococcus, spirochaeta, neisseria, trichomonas, mycobacteria, candida, mycoplasma, viruses of papilloma. The apparatus will not effect on other microorganisms and the human organism as a whole. Thus, the whole spectrum of the pathogenic microflora species of the urogenital system will be embraced. Because of high selectivity of action there is no contraindications; and the possibiliy exists of using the apparatus in combination with well-known medicinal preparations without restrictions as confirmed by the results of the apparatus tests in the leading clinics of Russia.

Moreover, the “Uro-Biofon” apparatus can be applied as an effective means for preventing diseases of the urogenital system (for instance, after accidental sexual contacts) as well as for recovering useful autoflora of human organism after antibiotic treatment. The small size and the short duration of therapeutic sessions (24 seconds) should be assigned to evident merits of the apparatus. It can be used without preliminary training. True enough, there is one drawback; this is comparatively prolonged time of treatment, 6-8 weeks, on average. However, the indicated merits of the apparatus will make up this drawback.
