Clinical evaluation of the “Biofon” apparatus efficiency

During medical clinical tests of the "Biofon” IR-therapy apparatus 43 women, suffered from chronic chlamydiosis, ureaplasmosis, bacterial vaginosis were treated. The average age was 24.6 years. Disease duration was from 3 months to 4 years. All treated women were not married. Previously they were treated by the antibiotics in connection with the urogenital disease. All group of women had clinical symptoms of disease: pains, continual excretion from the genitals, sense of discomfort, disturbance of the menstrual cycle.

Clinical and laboratory monitoring of the recovery was performed in a month after the therapy zcourse ending. Because of various causes not all women were monitored for recovery. In total 31 women (70%) were inspected.

Negative results gave 31 patients, that consists 67% of recovery.

Treatment efficiency of the inspected patients was 67%.

Subjective improvement noted 65% of patients.

Clinical disease signs disappeared for 60% of patients.

Thus, the “Biofon” IR-therapy apparatus is effective for urogenital infection treatment.
