The IR-therapy device "URO-Biofon" is a small size, easy-to-use appliance for physiotherapeutical treatment of urogenital diseases administered in clinics and on the outpatient basis. It is fit for use both as a monotherapy remedy and in combination with medications and as a disease prevention means. It is built around microprocessors and provides a self-testing automatic unit with no-voltage memory, liquid-crystalline, light and sound indication powered by two type AA battery cells.
"Uro-Biofon" is through the R & D stage, and has been approved as conforming to the requirements for medical equipment. The device has undergone extensive technical and clinical testing. The device has gained approval by the Ministry of Health Committee for quantity production and clinical use in the territory of Russia. The clinical tests were carried out in the leading Moscow health care institutions - the Semashko Medical Stomatology Institute of Moscow, Vladimirsky Moscow Oblast Clinical Research Institute and the Republican Dermatovenereology Dispensary of Izhevsk. The device has been awarded The Certificate of Conformity and The Ministry of Health License and is supplied with the necessary operating documentation. |
